Custom Sub-Domain not working
Hi, I'm working on a client's landing page which we need to link to a custom subdomain. I told her domain controller to add the subdomain CNAME which she said she did, but for some reason, it's just not showing up. I'm certain it's not an issue with my page as I tried to hook it to another subdomain and it works, I'm wondering if there is another way to connect the page to a subdomain except CNAME, or can we add other records instead?
Can you think of any reason why the subdomain setting is not found despite being set? Could their domain/hosting be blocking it?
I just don't know what else I could do!

Do you have the green color in the "Custom Domain" section for the CNAME record? This is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly. If not, then the record was not set correctly. You could also test the domain on an online DNS checker and see what the status of the problem is.
