Custom Sub-Domain not working

    Hi Carmen,

    Do you have the green color in the "Custom Domain" section for the CNAME record? This is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly. If not, then the record was not set correctly. You could also test the domain on an online DNS checker and see what the status of the problem is.
