    Hi Nick,

    Can you please give us more details? Do you have any error messages? Is this a fatal error? Can you access the dashboard? Please make sure the plugin is updated to the latest version Free 2.0.2 and PRO 2.0  If you have a fatal error and can't access the dashboard, just remove the plugin folder using FTP and then re-install it.

    There isn't much more information to give. I get the screen on my website that says "There has been a critical error on your website."

    I have deactivated all plugins and reactivated them one at a time and the problem is consistent with activating the Free Brizy plugin. I even cleared my cash, deleted both Brizy plugins and re-installed them manually.

    This is just after I purchased Brizy pro and am about to launch my website. I am thinking about going with a different page builder and asking for a refund if this cant be solved

    Hello Nick!

    We had a problem with the Brizy FREE 2.0 and the PHP versions in the WordPress environment. For older version, less than 7.0 , Brizy had this Fatal Error message.  We fixed yesterday and released new version Brizy FREE 2.0.2 and Brizy PRO 2.0.1.

    Apologies for this inconvenience.

    If you will have any other questions, please let us know.

    Thanks!

    Natalia

    Do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins and then update Brizy Free to 2.0.2 and PRO to 2.0.1?

    Hi @Evi Ramaekers,

    May I know what your current version is? If there is a big difference in terms of versions, I recommend you try a manual update via FTP.

    @Nick Smith

    What version of PHP do you have? Can you test this with a newer version?

    From the description of your problem, it seems that you do not have the latest version. The issue with buttons was in 2.0 but after a few minutes, it was fixed so that if you update the plugin to 2.0.2 everything will work fine. So, please update the Brizy Free to 2.0.2 and PRO to 2.0.1. If after doing this you still have any problems please contact us and we will log in to your site to solve the problem. If you have any problems updating PRO version, please make sure you have activated the plugin. Here's a video on how you can do that: https://youtu.be/BRygWIdBtYI

    I'm glad to hear that.

    In general, we recommend that you update Brizy Free first and then Brizy PRO.
