So Embed code element is causing the trouble, once I delete it, it works fine and block become global. However, what shall I do if I want to have there a email collection? I tried both options that email service allows, either inserting script or html code.

    Hi,

Could you please say what plugin generates the embed code/shortcode you used in the footer? I tried to reproduce this problem but used another plugin that also generates a shortcode but all seems to work fine.
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

it's not a plugin, but email services automizy.com (similar to mailchimp).

I can send you privately URL link to my site or WP credentials so you can look at it.

If you place the embed code/shortcode of the automizy.com in a simple block (not a footer one that you make it global), is it working fine the form?
How did you connect your WP site with the account from automizy.com?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

When I create new block, either use embed code element or WP shortcode, result is the same. It get grayed out with the looping circle in the middle.

However, when I use regular text block and paste there a generated html, block shows the newsletter form, but is deformed, but it allows to make it a global block.

So what seems to be a problem is embed code or shortcode in combination with the script provided by automizy.

Integration with automizy is based on a script or html code generated by automizy that can be placed whereever onto the site.

    Hi,

I investigate a bit the automizy and I find that the best way to integrate with WordPress is to use Zapier. We have integration with Zapier in Brizy Forms, therefore you can try using it. I also found a way to directly connect the automizy with WordPress and I didn't find it. Therefore, I suppose that the problem can be in the embed code/shortcode provided by automizy.
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
