Two posts blocks on the same page
#BrizyWPPro
Hi, I'm trying to place 2 Posts blocks on the same page with same sorting criteria - from newest. What happens is that both block show posts ranking from newest, so they appear there twice.
Is there a way how to make one block to show 3 newest posts and another block to show subsequest posts from 4th?
Thanks for the answer.

Hi,
Yes, if you add 2 Posts elements with the same conditions and rules, then you will see the same posts twice. At the moment, isn't possible to set the Posts element to start displaying posts from the 4th. If you want you can set the Posts element on 2 rows. Another solution I can provide is to set different categories for the posts you want to show in the next Post element.

Hi Sandra,
thanks for clarification. Can you please elaborate on what you wrote - If you want you can set the Posts element on 2 rows?
Also please let me know if I can sort Posts based on the popularity/clicks.
Thanks,
Martin

Hi,
Yes, of course. See here. Go to Posts element settings, select the "WP" and from "Posts" you will see the Rows option. Here you have to set up the element to display on 2 rows as I displayed in the screenshot.
At the moment the posts you can filter based on ID, Title, Date, Random and Comments counts. Here you can select the filter.Best regards,

Hi Sandra,
ok I'm well aware I can put more rows in Posts block. I see now max rows is 10.
Is there a workaround to show more?

Yes, you can delete the value 10 and add the value you want (12,15,20). See here.

Hi Sandra,
trick with writing a value into the box of rows in WP Posts element doesnt work since the Brizy 2.0. release. Since then, element allows max 10 posts.
