just bought brizy pro

i just got this error msg. what's the problem and how do i fix it?
 
activated, got message above when clicking other menus in dashboard

    Hi, Sam,

    Could you please check if you activated the Brizy Free version? You have to activate it too because the Brizy Pro is an extension of Brizy Free. If you have activated the Brizy Free too, could you please give more details regarding this problem? When and where did you find it? Could you please send a screenshot with this issue?

    If i enable brizy free it's ok but when i enable brizy pro i get the error below

    do i have to enable brizy free if i enable brizy pro too? either way i get the errors below. is it a plugin conflict with S3 Humanmade? https://github.com/humanmade/S3-Uploads

    pls give me a solution on this asap. thx

    hello i've mentioned the problem and activated both and still got this error. can you revert?

    Hi,

    Yes, you should have installed both plugins Brizy Free and Brizy Pro. If you receive the same problem even if you have both plugins activated, could you please check if you have the PHP 7.2 version? If you don't have it, please update the PHP to this version. I create a private ticket on this request, but first please make sure that you have the last version for PHP.
