    Hi,

Could you please check the content of these post? Inside the post, they have these shortcodes? Usually, they appear when the post was edited with Brizy plugin and then with WP default editor.
If this will not help you, could you send us the link of this page?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Thanks, Sandra. I checked and the pages were using dynamic post content inside the Brizy editor: https://share.rccgd.com/d5uErAjw

Could you please use instead of #Post title tag the Post title element. This element you can find here.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Okay, I switched all the shortcodes to the "Post Title" element, refreshed/cleared cache, and the results page still shows the shortcodes unfortunately. Please advise if this is a bug?

    Thanks,

    Rommel

This is fixed now and found out what the issue is after replacing the affected pages with the post title elements: it's a caching issue (maybe in browser or Brizy plugin since there's no other caching plugin installed).

I needed to check the archive page first for instances of the shortcodes, visit those fixed pages, refresh the page, go back to the archive page, and then refresh this page to view the fixed version. It's a pain but working now. Thanks again for your help. Much appreciated!

    Hi Sandra.

Unfortunately, this is still happening, even with the suggestions above. Please advise and thank you.

Apparently, this is a known bug? https://www.google.com/search?q=%7B%7Bbrizy_dc_post_title%7D%7D+%7B%7Bbrizy_dc_post_title%7D%7D&oq=%7B%7Bbrizy_dc_post_title%7D%7D+%7B%7Bbrizy_dc_post_title%7D%7D&aqs=chrome..69i57&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

    Hi,

I'm sorry for the late response. Yesterday, we released a new update where we added some improvements to some options of the builder. Could you please update the Brizy Free (2.0.6) and the Brizy Pro (2.0.3) to the newest versions and check if this problem is still occurring on the site?
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Thanks, Sandra.

Both plugins are the latest versions: https://share.rccgd.com/Z4ukoeJm

But still have the same issues: https://share.rccgd.com/v1u2bKpQ

I even cleared the browser cache and replaced the Post Titles again: https://share.rccgd.com/9ZuXxqwX

    Hi, Simon,

Could you please give us some more details regarding this problem? How did you create these extra fields? Did you create a template for this page? How did you create the template? What display conditions did you use? What elements did you add on the page/template? Could you send a screenshot from the editor?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Like I say, I used the ACF Plugin to create the custom fields on a single post page, please see https://screenrec.com/share/pmGCThlM95 & https://screenrec.com/share/GuoDNmJAfl, they are all text fields

    Hi Simon,

I found that you set the "Adress" ACF group to the Post - Mrs Amy Dilks https://jmp.sh/BINHuBx. Therefore, this group is available only in this post. Could you please send us the URL link of this post? The URL you send in the first message doesn't open an existent page. See here.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

yes the link is here https://askthemusicteacher.co.uk/mrs-amy-dilks/

This is just a test page, when it is fixed, the ACF rule  will be changed to all posts

    Thx
