    Hi,

Could you please try changing the theme and use a WP default theme? I tried to reproduce this problem on my test site but all worked fine. See here. I used the default settings for the Litespeed, what settings did you use?
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

Firstly, thank you for your very quick reply, that alone gives me some confidence in Brizy. I have tried Generate Press, Hello Elementor, Ocean WP, and, subsequent to your reply, Twenty Nineteen, and Twenty Seventeen, the problem is the same.

I just deleted Litespeed Cache and re-installed it, hoping to get a blank set-up, but it has re-created the settings I used. These settings came from Sert Media, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tToUQyMRgKs&list=PLkyeHmgIgJwu3WnmUvWXSUs_kbuBB8Uo8&index=56&t=0s

Im not expecting you to wade through this lot, but I have the same settings on another Wordpress site and Elementor loads fine.

Hope this helps, any ideas please?

    regards,

    Clive

    Hi,

Thank you for all these details and cooperation. Yes, we checked a bit deeper into this problem and we found that we have an issue with the Litespeed. Our team already fixed it and they said that in the next Brizy WP plugin update we will release this fix too. I'm sorry for this inconvenience.
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

At the moment we make the last tests and correction for the new update and in the next days, we will publish it. Unfortunately, I can't say exactly when we will release it but we are striving to launch it as soon as possible.
    Thank you too!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Thank you Sandra, I need to make a final decision on which I builder I use, Im inclined to Brizy, apart from the Litespeed issue, soon to be fixed, the only other issue I have is that I cant get a menu item to trigger a pop-up, perhaps that will be in the next update.

    regards,

    Clive

Could you please give more details regarding the issue with the menu you found? How we can reproduce it?
    Thanks!

    Hi Sandra,

    Thank you, its here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UJ490Oh6XMk

I want to do this on drop down links, Im not seeing a way in Brizy.

This is probably the last issue, I like Brizy, even though I have used Elementor for over a year. The difference is like using Windows(elementor) and Mac(more like Brizy), it is just better thought out and integrated. Also Elementor has become too 'bloated' and the back up is not so good, lets hope you dont go that route please.

    regards,

    Clive

At the moment, Brizy doesn't have the option to trigger a pop-up into the menu and we don't have it in the list for one of the future updates but I informed our managers regarding this feature request and they will make a decision regarding this.
    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Thank you Sandra, your care and attention has been very welcome, Im more likely to ditch Elementor, when the update comes out. Im using Brizy on the subdomain of our site and will delete it and start using on the main one. If I can be of any help to you guys, please let me know?

    Keep up the good work.

hate to butt in but it would be nice to have a tutorial done for the Litespeed cache. the proper settings for the brizy builder.  ive gone through each setting clicked save gone back to the website to refresh to make sure I did not break anything.   still having trouble with some gtmetrix points to fix. load speed, dns server requests ect.  you said you are fixing, and the plugin has a lot of features but a tutorial for brizy would so nice to have.
