URGENT link to external site not working

This is my third time posting. It's very strange to see that it looks like my first two were deleted.

Please help me asap. My external links are not working. I tried to validate my account but I do not receive any email when I click on 'validate my account.'

Can you please take care of this for me? This is very urgent.

  Hi, Esther,

  Your account is already validated. Could you please delete the browser cache and try again to add the external link or to click on the "Update" button in the page where is the external link?
