Active Campaign Contact Form Issue

Hello,

I set up contact forms on my website that are connected to Active Campaign. For some reason, I get a red error box when inputting a first name and the organization name. I checked Active Campaign, and I have fields created for these, so I'm not sure why these errors are popping up on the webpage.

  Hi,

  This error appears then the value was added in the label doesn't correspond with the field type. Could you please check what field type did you set for these fields? I suppose that in your case they have to be set with "Text" field type?

  Hi Sandra,

  I logged in to check and used "edit with Brizy," but I got a "Something went wrong" error. I received this error last night actually thinking it would be fixed by this morning. Will you please assist? Thank you.

  Is this problem happen in Brizy Cloud or in Brizy WordPress plugin?
