Problem with publishing projects

I'm having trouble publishing the projects, I've already published but when I try to see the previwer it says it hasn't been built yet.

  Hi, Lucas,

  Could you please check if this page isn't saved in Draft? https://jmp.sh/2fBH7fB
  If it is published, please make sure that you deleted all browser cache and after this try again to preview the page. 
  If this tips the same not helped you, please send us the URL of the page you encounter this problem and the name of the subaccount where the project is placed.

  I get an error message when I try to access my website. I have published it and no problems with preview. It's the same on all devices. You get the following message:
  "The page does not appear to exist.
  The link pointed to something that does not exist. "(See below).
  Only the header and the menu are displayed.
