  hallo, ich habe gerade britzy pro gekauft, aber keinen lizenzschlüssel. der im Konto angegebene wird nur teilweise angezeigt. Ich benötige den vollständigen Lizenzcode.

  Regarding what you wrote, please see this video and make sure you followed all the steps. Check if you have activated a Brizy license key into the WP dashboard -> Brizy -> License?
