    Hi,

Could you please give more details regarding this problem? When did you encounter it? What were your previous actions? Maybe you updated a plugin or added a new one.

    Let's do some basic checks.

    - Do you have the latest Brizy versions - Free 1.0.126 and PRO 0.0.41?

    - If you change the theme do you have the same problem?

    - Do you have the same problem if you disable all external plugins?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi,

do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins? Did you check this with a default WordPress theme? Also, please make sure you have the latest Brizy versions - Free 1.0.126 and PRO 0.0.41?

Hello! I want to start building my first brizy page. It was supposed to be easy but there's no button to use it. If it won't work with my current theme, what's te use of it? How can I get some "real" help?

    Hi,

We can offer here only "real" help. I have no idea how to deliver it as "unreal" ))).

This video will help you get started with Brizy: https://youtu.be/3s1P9Hgl2w4 If you don't have the "Edit with Brizy" button then it could be a third-party cause. This is very easy to debug: just disabling all your external plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme. If the problem persists, then we will connect to your site and inspect the problem. If the problem is solved by disabling the plugins and using a default theme, then you will have to find the cause plugin.

Is there a way someone could help me to do that without ruining my website. I'm no programmer and have spend a lot of hours building it. I don't know how it can affect me to disable plugins or change themes without loosing my past word. Could someone help me through the process? If not, is there a way for me to get a refund for what I payed?

    Hi,

Of course, we can offer you a refund but most likely this problem is caused by a third-party cause and it is not very logical for us to be blamed.  We cannot do the debugging process for you but we can guide you in this regard.

You can deactivate your plugins and see if the problem is solved. If you have used any plugins that add content to your site, there will be a visual distortion but you will activate the plugins in a few minutes and everything will return back. So, your site will not suffer after debugging because you can always enable what you have disabled. All configurations are stored in the WordPress database. However, we recommend that you have a backup before any changes on the site.

When I started using Brizy, I encountered  a similar issue, as well as a problem where the Brizy icons would not display properly. The problems were fixed by adding support for JSON and the file extension m2t in my configuration files. You may need the help of your website provider if you don't know how to do this yourself. I cannot give specifics since these vary depending on your server and its configuration. Search the web for how to do this. If you disable your plugins, particularly the one that creates your site template code. your site will not work properly, but the site will be restored when you re-activate the plugins, at least, that has been my experience. It is still a good idea to back up your site before making such changes, however. Most likely, the issue has to do with the config files support needed by Brizy, so disabling your plugins will only confirm that the problem still exists.

    Hi,

    thanks for getting involved ❤️.

We will go further to inspect the problem but before that we must make sure that it is not caused by a third-party plugin.
