Unmovable global block that gets deleted in other pages in Brizy Cloud

I've tried to add a new block, and move it to the top (because it's a header/menu), and not only it will not do it, but in other pages, the same block (it's a global block) gets erased!

I attach two pictures showing the block being dragged to the top in "move block", but it doesn't save.

See this two pages and how the menu gets stuck in the bottom (now the main one lost the header, so I did not update it):

  Hi Sandra,

  You only checked the first page (which was the reference). The error is in the second page (menu after Hero, and can not move the block in the cloud editor).

  Additionally, the problem of blocks being deleted doesn't show on the published pages because when I saw that behaviour, I did not save nor publish the changes.

  Please advise.

  Hi,

  Did you try to use the "Reorder block" option? Here you can see how you can do it.
  I'm sorry but Brizy builder can't delete blocks and during all our tests, we didn't find that the block is automatically deleted by Brizy. Brizy doesn't have this feature.

  Yes, of course. As I mentioned: the block being dragged to the top in "move block", but it doesn't save. (I meant "Reorder Block").

  It just won't keep that change, even when I click Update:
