Can't insert elements anymore

Hello,

i work with brizy cloud but i can't insert elements anymore.

If I want to adapt a new block or change an existing block (copy an existing element, insert it or move it), this is not possible. After trying to insert an element, I can no longer edit anything on the side. I can neither get into the text fields or click anything. I have to reload the page.

After reloading everything is as before. Of course, the elements that I tried to insert cannot be seen.
I have already cleared my cache and tried it in various projects.

Is there a solution for this?

  Hi, Alenka,

  When did you encounter this problem? What actions you did before? What browser did you use? Did you add some Custom CSS, Code Injection or Embed code in this project? Is this problem happen on other projects?
  Could you send us the URL link of the project with this error?

  I encounter this problem today because i was on holiday the last week. Before my holiday everything worked. I use Google Chrome. No i didn't add some Custom CSS, Code Injection oder Embed Code. I build a lot of landing pages and the problem has never occurred before. I also spoke to my colleague and she does not experience this error.

  Could I ask you one more thing? Did you receive an error? Is this the error you receive? "This page needs a refresh. You've probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser."

  No I didn't receive any error.
  I can then simply do nothing more on the page except maybe press the refresh or preview button.
