Brizy Builder Not Recognizing my ready to publish site;

Hello, can someone help,  After finishing my site and trying to publish it...BRIZY BUILDER keep telling me that the PAGE IS NOT YET CREATED.

I downloaded the HTML FILE and upload it to my cpanel and the same message appears.

Not sure but I think this is technical issue...

PLEASE HELP.....

  Hi,

  Could you please indicate on what project and page did you encounter this error message? Could you send the URL link of the site and page?

  Can you indicate what happened when you investigated? I'm getting the same HTML file as Rich did

  Hi,

  If on the preview, you receive this message "PAGE IS NOT YET CREATED." this can mean that the page is saved in the Draft. If you open the editor of the project or homepage and you see this, then you have to Publish the page and Update it https://jmp.sh/gCfzS2G. After this, preview that page, all should look fine. After you see that in the preview all is fine, you can Export the HTML and add into the folder on the server.
