Issue: Domain name doesn’t resolve after making edits

So I am using Cloudflare to point to Brizy DNS requirements. All works, however, until a change is made and the site goes into a 404 error. I then have to turn on/off CF DNS proxy for Brizy IP for both A/CNAME record and then release SSL each time for it to work. Geez.

I am use-to transferring files to my separate VPS server, and everything with CF works fine. This is my first time testing out Brizy hosting.

just thought I’d bring this to your attention.

  Sure!

  And BTW nav menu links are non-working on https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/signin

  So with the DNS issue:

  If I set Brizy IP inside CloudFlare as:
  
  

  Everything works...
  
  But if I turn on CF Proxy, which is and Protection layer of CF:
  
  

  It works, but if I change make an edit to design and save, I get a brizy 404 error page.

   

  Also, I understand that Brizy provides free Let's Encrypt SSL... But how can we turn off? If I wanted to use CF SSL..
  So these are the issues. Apparently Brizy is blocking something if IP doesn't match or something... And the IP will change based of CF proxy.

  Hi,

  Thank you for all these details!
  Could you please check again the https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/signin site? We checked and find they are working fine.
  Regarding the problem with the changes you made - I'm sorry but for Cloudflare, you have to enable the proxy (activate the grey cloud) for well working of the site.
  About the SSL - unfortunately, isn't possible to turn it off and activate another one.

  That’s what I am talking about. When I activate the cloud and turning on, this breaks the brizy site.

  Yes, it is right. For this reason, we suggest disabling the proxy.

  Hmm this disables any of CF services and leaves my site vulnerable.
