Refund for Wordpress Plugin

Hi,

I cannot see anything related to the steps to refund the Wordpress plugin. Unfortunately after spending some time with the plugin I have decided to use Brizy Cloud exclusively for now. Would you please be able to advise to refund the Wordpress Plugin?

  Hi,

  I'm sorry but isn't possible to give a refund only for a part of the license. The Brizy Pro package includes the ability to access the Brizy Cloud environment and the Brizy Pro plugin for WordPress. It is the same builder but with some specific rules, behaviours, environments and options&features. It's the same product and you choose how to use it. Therefore we can't separate them.

  Hi Sandra,

  Sorry, I wasn't clear. I already have Brizy Cloud (Appsumo) and bought Brizy Pro from the website. I assigned this to a different email. But, I think for now I'll stick with the Appsumo deal. So I'm ooking to return Brizy Pro I purchased from the website.
