Contact Page not Working

Hello,

My contact form has stopped working on page: https://www.x-lifetraining.com/contact-x-life/

Also, I see the map now fails to display.

Please can someone take a look and advise asap? My theme is InShape.

  I opened the page you send us but I find that it isn't created with Brizy. https://jmp.sh/3gjDVTk I suppose that it is created with the theme. I would like to help you but I think will be more helpful if you will contact the theme support to help you with this problem.

  Hi,

  From your previous post, I understand that you use one of the ThemeFuse themes. I'm sorry to say but since March 1, 2020, we stopped the updates and support for ThemeFuse themes. As I said in the previous post, we can redesign some pages with Brizy and for you, as a ThemeFuse user, we can offer 2 years for using Brizy Pro features and updates. I only want to mention that you can't edit existent pages. You can create new pages and edit them with Brizy.
