Plugin NOT working, neither Free nor PRO

hello, I installed the free plugin first, which did not load: just got the spinning wheels..

I then installed the PRO, but same thing: only spinning wheels.

I checked with my hosting: I defined the memory in my wp-config.php (512M), and they have confirmed they impose NO cap.

I also checked with them about the X-Frame Opton, and it is not set to DENY.

So, what else could be going wrong?

  Hi,

  can you please send a screenshot of the browser console errors? There is probably some suggestion of the cause.

  btw: please make sure you have the minim server requirements: https://wordpress.org/plugins/brizy/#installation

  Hi Alex, yes, I do have more than the minimum server requirements, as I had mentioned.

  Here's the screenshot (there is more of the same, just captured the first few lines), as you can see, doesn't seem to have anything to do with the X-Frame option. That 'DENY' option is nowhere on my wp server.

  Hi again, Alex. You must be spread very thin, and apparently the only one on duty...

  I have spent over two days now trying to make this thing work/get some support, with no success. I see several others didn't get their issues fixed....

  I need to move on and get a tool that will actually work for me, so please let me know how to get a refund. My order/receipt # is: 16157433-12006515. Thank you.

  thanks for checking this out. Most likely it's a conflict with a setting on your server and we just have to find out what it is. When everything is set up correctly, Brizy works properly.

  I have created a ticket for you so please send your login details there and we will look into it. Even if you asked for a refund, I want the problem on your site to be fixed so that you can use at least the free version. After that, we can proceed with the refund. Thanks.
