Unable to save Blocks and Layouts

I am unable to save Blocks and Layouts. I just get a popup error at the top that says

  Thanks for the message.

  Yes, it is an unexpected bug after our yesterday cloud update. Under the fix right now. 

  We will have a new short update this evening, at least tomorrow morning.
