Custom Domain not working

Ive done, as far as I can tell, the exact setup of another site that is working and can't for the life of me see why Im still getting a 404 error. Here is a video showing the settings. If you can see what Im doing wrong please advise. Also, Im not sure where the tech support link is any more. So please advise if IM not suppose to post these here.
