Processing Overload

I am using Brizy plugin and having issue with updates on site.  Something as simple as changing font color is overwhelming my hosting with too many processes.  Is this common?  I love Brizy. But I need to be able to update site.

  Hi,

  You probably have a small hosting package and your server does not meet the minimum Brizy requirements. Please make sure you have these minimum requirements. https://wordpress.org/plugins/brizy/#installation Also, do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins?
