How to change email

i tried changing from account settings but its not changing, the old email is still present

  Hi,

  What integration did you use? Did you save changes after applied all modifications? Could you please clean the browser cache?

  Hi, Andi,

  Thank you for these updates. Could you please confirm, did you go to your Brizy account in Account -> Settings? Did you changed the email and name and after this clicked on "Save account settings"? Do you have another account with the email you try to change? Could you check this?

  Same problem, after saving the new email, the old one still exist
