Oops! An Error Occurred

Hi Folks, trying to create a new site and get this message:

The server returned a "400 Bad Request".

Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

 

I've cleared the cache and switched browsers - same message.
