Images Won't Load

Brizy won't load any of the images that I try and upload. It is the only plugin activated, I've tried creating pages through Brizy and Wordpress but neither of them will allow me to load images when using Brizy.

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free (1.0.126) and Brizy Pro (0.0.41)? How did you upload the images? Are images displayed in the editor mode? Could you please send us the URL link of the page where we can check this problem?

  I have the latest version of Brizy Free, don't have Brizy Pro. I'm uploading the images into Wordpress media since I can't seem to find a separate location for Brizy. No uploaded images show, even in editor. Occasionally an image from a template will show in editor mode but once the page is opened in preview it won't work.

  Hi,

  Could you please check 2 more details? Could you please deactivate all plugins and activate a WP default theme? The problem can e in the incompatibility with another plugin or the theme.

  Is the problem with images solved? I'm having the same issue. It's a fresh wordpress instalation and the images show in the editor but don't show in the website...

  Brizy is the only plugin activated and the theme being used is "Twenty Nineteen", one of the default themes from wordpress, I have additionally tried "Twenty Twenty" but the results are the same.

  Hi, Miguel,

  Are images displayed in the preview when you are log-in WordPress? Could you please send us the URL of the page where we can check this inconvenience? Also, could you send a screenshot from the console from editor mode where the images aren't displayed?

  Hi, Robert,

  Could you please give us more details regarding the problem you encounter? Where did you can't see images? Could you please make some checks?
  Please check if you have the php-gd or php-imagick options enabled. Check if the file permissions are set correctly. Make sure you are on the latest Brizy Free (2.0.7) and Brizy Pro (2.0.4) updates. Deactivate all plugins except Brizy Free and Pro and activate a WP default theme.
