Brizy Pop Form issue

I would like some help from Brizy support and the community with saved popups that worked on the "original copy" then after saving it as a template 🧡, it would not send successfully like the original copy and end as an error.

 

There is no integration yet like Mailchimp, just lead generation. I have been clearing cache and purging cache just to ensure a fresh copy. I appreciate and await your response. Thank you.

  is this a WordPress or Brizy Cloud site? In any case, you need to configure the saved form: https://jmp.sh/nh7JNnG These settings are not copied when you save a section.
