Organising and back-up option
Hi,
I have some questions we want answered before we make our new site go live:
1. How do we backup our site or protect it in the event of unauthorised change or human error?
2. Do Brizy have a way to group and organise assets by site function for example? With over 150 assets the long scroll and flat structure is unwieldy.

Hi,
1 - At the moment the Brizy Cloud doesn't have the backup option but we plan to add it.
2 - If you want to organise projects created in Brizy Cloud, you can create subaccounts and there to create sites. At the moment isn't possible to move a project from one subaccount o another but we are working on this feature and we want to release it as soon as possible. (To create subaccount you need to have the Brizy Pro Studio license)

Hi Sandra,
Thanks for your prompt response.
However, what's our fall back if for some reason there was an unauthorised change or human error or possible for some reason site was accidentally deleted? Does it mean we are going to re-do from scratch? Which is not ideal...
And also regarding 2nd question, I don't mean projects, what I meant was 'assets'. You know how we can create pages and they are called assets inside a project? At the moment we have over 150 assets inside a project and the long scroll and flat structure is a sore. How can we organize those assets by site function for example.

Hi,
1 - The project can be deleted only by the owner and manager. Also, each role in the Brizy Cloud has some restrictions, therefore, the risk can be minimized in such away. Moreover, we will release the backup and revision function in Brizy Cloud.
2 - Could you please give details about the "asset"? Do you want to create a submenu with many menu items where the main menu item from the menu to not have the link? This is possible to create in Brizy Cloud. For this, you have to go to Menus, select the menu or create a new one and there add a "Custom Link". In the "Custom Link or Anchor" you have to add the "#". https://jmp.sh/TfMZABj

Hi Sandra,
Thanks for the update.
By the way, what protections do you have in place to protect the data on our site and manually restore it so we aren't exposed to the risk of our entire site with hundreds of pages being lost due to a hack/site glitch etc.?
Re assets, please see video here: https://d.pr/v/5MYAl6, as you can see the list of assets goes on and on. I know the option to use CTRL+F to find the specific page to edit, but it would be ideal and we'd prefer a more subfolders-like structure so we can organize the pages as per functions or where they are on the site.

Hi,
- Yes, we plan to release as soon as possible the option that will help you to download the backup.
- Thank you for these details. At the moment, isn't possible to group pages for better management but we opened an internal issue for our team and they will investigate it more deeply.
Thanks!

Hi, Irene,
Could you please indicate in what project did you encounter this problem and in what page?
Also, could I ask you if the page you created has a unique permalink that aren't set to another page? Thanks!
Best regards,

Hi Sandra,
The permalink for the page I wanted to edit is /programs-panc-closed, and this is a unique permalink there is no other page on our site that has this permalink.
The name of the project is NLPTIMES v2.
Thanks for your help.
