    Hi,

    If you receive this error, could you please increase WP memory limit to the 512M? If this will not help, I will create a ticket on this subject and we will investigate more deeply this issue. I only want to add that we will investigate this issue and not the configuration of the site.

    of course i did it via cpanel php settings and also increased wp memory

    using

    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');

    in wp-config.php

    i get this error 400 again

    I disabled also mod security and i get again the same error

    Look, it seems there is problem when exist more than 1 brizy installations in the same cpanel account , however the problem comes from your brizy server because it blocks the second brizy installation with error 400.

    I tried to move the same domain on another vps with plesk panel and it worked fine.

    So, can you investigate why your server return error 400 in some situations like above?

    I tried the same with another page builder like elementor... i m using elementor in mulltiple addon domains in the same cpanel account without problems...

    same case is not working with brizy.

    I like brizy more than elementor, however i feel frustrated regarding this error 400 that comes from your server.

    Hello. I dont know, where to list this question.

    I am Pro user (3 sites - 49 USD per year)

    How can I generate NEW license for a site?

    I assumed that 3 sites meant 3 different wordpress (site 1 = 1 license, site 2 = 1 license and site 3 = 1 license)

    according to the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=244&v=BRygWIdBtYI&feature=emb_logo)

    , there should be a button called "generate new license) but CAN NOT find it on my account.

    - THERES NO generate new license button

    Hi,

    If you have the Brizy Personal License you had not to generate a new licence for the second and third site. You have to use the same license for all 3 sites. This doesn't work the same for Studio or Lifetime license where for each site you create you should generate a new license.

    Yes, for Brizy Pro we have 3 packages (for WP environment):
    - Personal - 3 sites ($49);
    - Studio - unlimited sites for 1 year ($99);
    - Lifetime - unlimited sites for a lifetime ($299).

    From your message I understand that you have Personal License, that is a Brizy Pro license too and for this reason, I said to you about this type of license.
