Brizy Cloud sites disappeared!

Hi,

I just discovered that all my projects in Brizy cloud are gone! I don't see them in my account and I get 404 errors when I try to visit the URLs. It is the exact same problem like: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/360057600191-sites-projects-disappeared

This is absolutely unacceptable. I really hope you can recover my projects as I need them for client work. We experience this two of our accounts and I am no longer sure which project was in which account.

  Hi,

  Did you log-in your Brizy Cloud account and then created the projects? Could you send us the Brizy Cloud account's email to check it? Do you have the link of the projects you created in Brizy Cloud? Without these details will be difficult to help you somehow.

  Hi Viktor,

  I receive the report regarding the project you send us. That reports say that that project was deleted. We suppose that the project was made in the guest account, not in the validated account and our soft delete in 30 days all project from guest accounts. Unfortunately, it can't be recovered. I'm sorry for the created inconveniences.
