Issues with my 1st Project

Hello, 

I'm writing because I was working on my 1st page for weeks on Brizy Cloud and I can no longer find it.
 
It's the only project I've worked on in Brizy Cloud. 
 
I'm getting this error:
 
" Oops! An Error Occurred

The server returned a "404 Not Found".

Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused."

I don't think I have subaccounts because I don't know how to create them.

The project isn't on my dashboard.

I was logged in when I worked on the project.

I did publish the project. And I saved it many times every day I worked on it.

 
If you could recover that page, I would greatly appreciate it.

    I thought I was sending you the URL for the project.

     

    If I can't see my project anymore, how can I find the URL you're asking for? I need detailed instructions.

     

    By the way, I'll repeat what I said before... this was the ONLY project that I had there. So maybe you can find the project.

    Let me explain myself even further... since that was the ONLY project in there... I see no other projects. As a matter of fact, I don't know where I could look for projects. I don't think I can... since there are no projects. Before, when I logged in, I would see the project I was looking for shortly after I logged in and would work on it.

    Now I don't see anything.

     

    And the only reason I could provide you with the URLs that I'm providing you with is because I'm going into my browser's history to look for potential links and these two are the only two links I see.

    I also want to know... are issues like these normal? When people just lose weeks-worth of work?


    I'm scared to even have even a single page of my website in Brizy now.

Please check all external links, images and pop-ups (if you have these elements added in the project).

    I tried sending 3 emails to support@brizy.com  but the email wouldn't go through.

     
    I have some questions:
     
    1) Why was my page gone? What is Brizy doing to prevent this in the future?
     
    2) Is there a way to duplicate an entire project?
     
    3) Is it possible to change the URL of the project AFTER it's published? 
    For example, if I publish the page with one of your domains/URLS for now, can I later change it to one that includes my domain? 
     
    If the page that you recovered for me were to disappear again, would it be easier for you to recover it if it had a URL had your domain or had a custom domain?
     
    4) Can you please send me the specific directions to create my own subdomain?

    Details: 

    1) Why was my page gone? What is Brizy doing to prevent this in the future?
    --- the page was created in guess account, meaning you have not been logged in to your account. 
     
    2) Is there a way to duplicate an entire project?
    --- you can save all blocks from the project, using the "Save" option- https://bit.ly/3fN48Pt , then use these blocks in a new project https://bit.ly/30sxagZ 
     
     
    3) Is it possible to change the URL of the project AFTER it's published? 
    For example, if I publish the page with one of your domains/URLS for now, can I later change it to one that includes my domain? 
    --- Yes, sure. You can change the project name/sub-domain/custom domain name whenever you want.
     
     
    If the page that you recovered for me were to disappear again, would it be easier for you to recover it if it had a URL had your domain or had a custom domain?
    --- the project will not disappear, as it's attached to your account already. A project, in general, can not disappear unless it is deleted. We can check project actions in time, for example 3.31: project opened; 3.40: project deleted; 
     
    4) Can you please send me the specific directions to create my own subdomain?

    5) I would also like to know:  which of the 4 publishing options that you offer is the most stable (meaning that it experiences the least amount of issues?
    --- Custom domain/custom sub-domain will be a perfect option because we manage the hosting part. SYNC/HTML is also great, but we can not manage those hosting/server issues. There were a couple of issues (around 3 issues) for these publishing options.
