Facing Issue - Form Submission

I created a page and added a form on it. 

Upon submitting the form correctly on the live page, it shows Message not sent. 

While creating the page, I added the form, clicked on submit and from the settings selected Gmail and inserted from email, user name, password. This is what I did thinking, I am configuring my email so I get the responses in this email. 

Can someone help me, how i can configure my email so I get those leads in that email address.

  Hi,

  Did you have the hosting from Godaddy? If so, the problem happened on the form is caused by a restriction of Godaddy to integrate a form with Gmail. Unfortunately, Godaddy "refuses to send with a From address belonging to any aol, gmail, yahoo, hotmail, live, aim, or msn domain (see their docs). This is because all those domains deploy SPF and DKIM anti-forgery measures, and faking your from address is forgery."   Hi,

  Did you have the 2nd step verification and less secure APP on? Also, did you create an APP password?
  In this article, you can find how you have to configure right the Gmail with a different application.
