    Hi,

Are the records in the project settings green? This is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly. If so, please send us a screenshot. Also, please make sure that you do not have other A/CNAME records for the same domain, except those required for Brizy.

Do not see the Green lights as per other posts....except on the Editor.

Note it is trying to direct the Brizy Cloud page  kiwi1990664.brizy.site     to the new domain....but it will not load.

Domain is uptonroofing.ca     and the kiwi site is edited and saved, but not displaying.  It did before I tried to connect to the domain.  My domain company notes it as pointing to brizy cloud fine and not on their end.

    Any assistance appreciated.

You check the wrong location. Please check the records in the project settings: https://jmp.sh/3CHE46R These fields should be green if everything has been set up correctly: https://jmp.sh/Lz0Ge3V

    Hi Alex,

Does it mean we can't have 2 CNAMEs?

If I am using another cloud software for my root domain, and Brizy Cloud for subdomain, can I have a CNAME each for the two services?

Secondly, can I have multiple CNAMEs  for Brizy so that I can have multiple landing pages, e.g landing1.domain.com, landing2.domain.com?

    Hi,

you can, if the CNAMEs are for two different domains or subdomains. So the answer to both questions is YES. problems may occur when you have multiple CNAMEs for the same domain/subdomain.
