    Hi,

    Could you please give more details regarding the problem you encounter? When did you find it? Could you send a screenshot of the error you receive? Also, would help the URL of the page/site where we can inspect this problem.
    Could you check if you have the latest versions of Brizy Free (1.0.126) and Brizy Pro (0.0.41)?
    If you deactivate all plugins and activate one WP default theme (Twenty Nineteen), is the problem still present on the site?

    I have latest versions of Brizy Free (1.0.126) and Brizy Pro (0.0.41)

    Problem still persist when the theme was changed to twentyeleven, but evertything works fine when both plugins are deactivated.

    My hosting company says: Hello,

    It appears a plugin is causing issues with your website. We have renamed the plugin "brizy" to "brizy_" and the website is loading. Please check the requirements of the plugin if you wish to install it, to make sure it is compatible with your settings.

    You can rename the plugin anytime by accessing cPanel - File manager - Public_html/wp-content/plugins and that will reactivate it.

    If there is anything else we can help you with, please let us know.

    Could you please check if you didn't create a template (on WP dashboard -> Brizy -> Template) with a display condition for all pages or for a particular page (like Homepage)?

    I have not created a template, I am editing your template pages, but when I click on edit with brizy it comes blank for fresh page design instead of displaying your template page for home quest theme page content for editing, can I send you my CPANEL account details so you can me fix the problem?
