Hi, I don't want the hover function on my background, how can I take it out ?

  Is the hover effect placed on the entire block? What effect do you have? Could you send the URL link? (if you don't want to make it public, let us know and before approving your message we'll delete the URL link)

  I don't know what URL to send, i just have a hoover effect on the background of any block which is anoying. I would like to have a picture in the background, animated when i scroll without the hover effect blocking it.
