Hi there, only our form here http://helpunli.webgraphity.com/contact-us/ we have dropdown for locations. 
We have two locations. Is it possible to send the date between two email address depends on the selected location?

  Hi,

  Thank you for your message! At the moment isn't possible to send the lead on different emails in regarding some values of the form. Now you set the form with an email or form integration and all leads are sent there.
