    Hi,

    Thank you for all these details, it is much easier to understand the problem. Could you please check if the column or video element isn't set as "Hiden" for both desktop and mobile? This option for the desktop mode you can find here https://jmp.sh/YZ1MjGe( for column and video element - here you should have activated the "Show on desktop" option).
    For mobile mode, this option is here https://jmp.sh/rDYdhC4 - the same, it should be activated, as in this screenshot.

    Yes it is visible on both mobile and desktop but doesn't show in preview or on live site. I can only see it in the backend office.

    Could you please deactivate all plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate one WP default theme? These checked will not affect the site and its content.

    There are certain plugins I do not wish to deactivate like exact metrics and SEO... I only have 1 theme which is active.

    Hi,

    I'm sorry but we can't reproduce the problem. I would like to help you but for this, we need to cooperate with us. Here can be a plugin or theme incompatibility. I checked the same video on 2 test sites and all are displayed correctly. See here. I and my colleague has only Brizy Free and Pro installed and one of the default theme. Would be very helpful if you will deactivate all plugins and activate a WP default theme. It is a safe activity but if you want you can send us the WP credentials and we will make these actions. (before approving we will delete them)

    Could you please check in the Settings -> General if the URL address and the WordPress address are the same and they have HTTPS? https://jmp.sh/rSlDZQJ

    I would love to cooperate with you too, I am just worried if I delete all my plugins then my website will be jeoprdized. I am also needing to download WooCommerce plugin in to add a shop to our site. 

    If I am using Brizy, does that mean I am not able to make use of any other plugins in order for videos to work? If that is the case I may just delete Brizy and find an alternative web builder. 

    Please advise what the best possible solution is. I am just so confused at why only the videos are not working and everything else is...

    Are you sure there is no settings I have perhaps failed to complete or a missing step that is not displaying the video?

    Thank you for your reply.

    It is a temporary action and you haven't deleted all plugins, you have to only deactivate them (you will activate them again). After this, you have to check if the problem still appears on the page. If the problem disappears this means there is an incompatibility with one plugin. After this, you have to activate each plugin one by one and after one activation check again the page. If the video disappears, this means that the problem is in the last plugin you activated.

    Okay I understand now! Thank you so much for the elaborate explanation. I will go through and see which plugin may not be working with it. May I ask what the best compatible theme is to use in conjunction to Brizy?

    Thank you too! Here you can find the list of the themes we recommend to use https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners/. But for checking a problem, we recommend activating one WP default theme as Twenty Nineteen.
