Hyperlink behaves differently on phone vs tablet and PC

I have an image button (Book Two) with text linked to another page on the site - sebcielens.com 

Link works fine on PC and tablet. On phone, the link does not work when you click on text component in the center, only when you click on the rim of the image button.

The Blog link button next to it works fine.

  Could you please give more details regarding how did you create this button? Where did you add the link? Also, could you send us the URL of this page? (if you don't want to make it public, before approving your message I can delete the URL link, but please notify us regarding this)

  Looks like you have an empty column between these two buttons and it covers the buttons on mobile: https://jmp.sh/kZZd2Nf Try removing it and checking again.
