built wordpress page with brizy, no mobile optimization not working

Dear support,

I built a page with brizy wordpress pro plugin.
I built everything in the desktop view and when I wanted to start editing the mobile view, I got shocked with no mobile optimization at all! Why is the mobile optimization not working?

I am using the child theme of the enfold theme as my main theme for the page. Other than that, everything is up to date.

To me it looks like the mobile view is curently completely disabled or not working at all, since nothing is changing. (except the menu at the top, but also this is not great).

  Can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy version - Free 1.0.126 and PRO 0.0.41? Also, do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins? Did you add any external code to that page?

  Yes, this is the Advisors layout, but of course I changed things around.
  Thanks for your fast reply. Yes, I have the most recent versions of the Brizy Free and Pro plugin. Also, I deactivated all other plugins in order to test if they cause trouble but this is not the issue either. 
  I just tried to change the theme which resolved the issue. So now the mobile responsiveness is working great!
  With that we can conclude that the Brizy page builder does sadly not work together with the enfold theme. Probably because enfold has its own page builder. I used this before but now switched to Brizy. But I still like the theme... Maybe you can make it work or see where the problem lies there. Anyway, now I use another theme and it works.

  Maybe you can put a list together of themes brizy works well with and themes which cause trouble with brizy. This would be really helpful when choosing a theme or just what works well together and what does not...

  Unfortunately, we can't test all the themes and separate them into those that work well with Brizy and those that don't. Here is a list of themes that have been tested and we recommend using them with Brizy:https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners/

  Hi Robin, 

  I have the same problem ! My website is running on Enfold theme and the responsive is not working at all. Do you fix this problem on your site ?

  Hi,

  Does it just happen with Enfold theme? Did you check this with a default WordPress theme?

  Hi Alex,

  Yes, brizy just does not work with the Enfold theme. Above you can find themes brizy works well with :) 
  You just need to use another theme and everything will work.
