Just now, I receive an update from our team. They said that the problem with a global pop-up is now fixed. Could you please check if all is fine?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

The popups are displaying correctly again, however the popup bug persists where placing the embed code on your website overrides your website's stylesheet.

For instance, when I put the popup embed code in the Code Injection > Footer section, the colors of my website fonts change to the styling used in the popup.

Can this be looked into please? I believe the popup should use its own CSS classes, as to not interfere with styling of the website.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I'm sorry but I can't reproduce the problem you mentioned. I found that all is working fine https://jmp.sh/PsLSNmo. Could you please send us the URL link and a screenshot with this problem?
    Thanks!

    Best regards,

    Hi,

I made several tests but I couldn't reproduce this problem. Is this problem happen only on the logo text colour? If you delete the pop-up all is fine? What elements did you use in the pop-up? Did you add some CSS ID for the logo text? Did you add some Custom CSS to these elements?

    Best regards,

    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

    1. The problem happens on several text classes including Header text (not just custom Yoga logo text).

    2. If I delete the pop-up code from website, colors return to normal (all is fine).

    3. I have 2 image elements + 2 text elements on the pop-up. The current style is "Overpass".

    4. I do not have a custom CSS ID for the logo text.

    5. The only custom CSS I have used on the site is underline decoration for body links.

For your testing, I suggest you ensure you're using External Pop-up, and the colors are very different between pop-up styling and styling on your website (so change is very evident).

    Hi,

Yes, I made an external pop-up and added it using the Code injection -> Footer and the colours are different, much more, I used the different styles, but I can't reproduce the problem you encounter. Could you please send us the URL link of this problem and indicate its name in your Brizy Cloud account?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

I have tested creating a new external popup and placing the code on the website to see if resolves. The exact same issue happens with new popup.

The website URL with issue: [removed]

    The external popup URL: [removed]

The external popup is enabled on the website for your troubleshooting purposes. NOTE that the "Yoga" text logo starts purple but changes to light blue within a second of homepage load.
