Brizy Image import don't work

Hi,

I installed your “BRIZY - VISUAL PAGE BUILDER” in a Wordpress, the site is Unyson based and in it I addons the Brizy extension (the site is for a customer of mine).
I suggested them the PRO version, but before to upgrade to PRO I told them to tasting how Brizy works.

But after a time where everything worked fine, now Brizy don't upload images.
How can I fix it?

  Hi Gabriele,

  Can you please give us more details? Do you have any error messages? Do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins? Do you have the latest Brizy version - 1.0.126?

  Hi Alex,

  when we select the import images function and we made click on the cloud with arrow for upload, nothing happen. If I try to do, drag&drop nothing happen.
  No modal window to manage the upload is visible

  The version of WP is “Versione 5.4.2–it_IT”
  the Brizy version is “Versione 1.0.126”.

  Hi,

  Do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins? Did you check this with a default theme? We need to exclude any third-party cause before going deeper.

  Alex,
  now it seems solved.
  We fixed it by correcting the configuration of the IUBENDA plugin for the privacy policy.
  Now everything works.
