    Hi,

    first of all, I want to thank you for all these basic details. We usually have to ask this in response to the post and this slows down the process of fixing the problem.

    Can you please send a screenshot of the errors that appear in the browser console? Do you have an SSL certificate installed on your website?

    Hi Alex, thank you for your quick response.

    This is the screenshot of the Console:

    I don't have an SSL certificate installed on your website.

    I'm looking forward to your answer.

    Thanks again.

    Can you please confirm that if you create a page and edit it with Gutenberg the preview works? In the previous case, it was a server issue.

    What do you mean by "edit it with Gutenberg"?

    When I create a new page and use wordpress editor, it previews fine.

    I have the same problem, did you solve this?

    Not. We did not receive the login details from Matthias. Can you please confirm all the things asked in the comments above? Latest versions? Any errors in the console? Does the preview work on a non-Brizy page? The same problem with all external plugin disabled?

    Im using the free version 2.0.12

    I get this information in the console, but the error that this is showing also appears in other pages that are not using Brizy and that works fine both previewing and publishing

    The preview works on a non-brizy page, and its no other external plugins activated and the problem is still there

    Thanks Alex. The trouble was found on our hosting provider. It was blocking outgoing connections.

    Hi,

    @Alex

    I have checked with my hosting provider and they cant see any problem. What outgoing connections do they need to open and i can try to get this fixed and see if this solves the problem
