Server Sync Not Working

Hello.

My server sync used to work fine previously but for the past couple of days (even over a week), no matter what update I make, the sync doesn't seem to do anything.

I even re-uploaded the files from Brizy, thinking that might help but it hasn't.

It would seem that others have reported similar problems as well.

  Thanks for reporting this!

  I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the FTP credentials to the site?

  Hi Vanessa,

  I created for you a ticket 18 days ago, on June 12, 2020. My colleague Natalia send you a message but you didn't answer to it https://jmp.sh/273SoSq. Therefore, our system waits for 14 days to receive an answer and after this period the ticket was closed because wasn't received any reply from you.
  Now, I see that you have created a follow-up and we will continue the discussion there.

  We are having the same problem. We can not sync anything to Brizy Cloud from our Wordpress Website! It says "unsuccsessful sync".

  Apologies for this inconvenience. We are preparing a new update this evening with the fix for SYNC issue. The update will be available for the FREE version.
