External link button doesn't work

I'm trying to inserting a link button that brings users to an external URL. I've read that my account isn't probably validated. 

How can I validate my account?

I tried to go through setting, code injection, validate. I still don't receive any email.

 

Can you please do it manually?

  Hi Alberto,

  Did you check the inbox of the email you created the Brizy account? If you didn't receive the validation email, please send us the email of your Brizy account and we will validate it manually.
