Edit page loop

Hi,

I'm trying to use the Brizy builder (I got the Pro version) on my main site, but when I press 'Edit with Brizey' the next page is a black screen with a bue, red and white loading circle. But the editor won't load. Just a loop of the loading screen.

What can I try?

  Hi,

  The first thing you need to check is that you have the latest Brizy version - Free 1.0.126 and PRO 0.0.41. Also, you need to disable all your external plugins and check again. Try to switch to a default theme and check.

  It could be a third-party cause but if after these checks you have the same problem we will have to connect to your dashboard and inspect the problem more deeply.
