one of my sites (kolossalartistmgmt.com) is down. All of the DNS settings seem correct and it's been days. Not sure what is going on.

  Hi Jay,

  Could you send us a screenshot that displays how did you set the A record and Cname record? Also, could I ask you to check if the Current data of DNS setting of the project are marked with green?
  If you want before approving I can delete the screenshot with these details.
