Hello Please, i can't access the editor for any pages or templates.

This is what am getting anytime i lauch the editor

  Hi,

  I will create a private ticket on with problem but first could you please deactivate all plugins and activate one WP default theme and check if this problem still appears in the Brizy builder?

  In the inbox of your email, you had to receive an email from Brizy regarding opening a private ticket (the ID of your private request is 8393). Send us a reply there and indicate the WP credentials to the site.
