Pages opened from the menu does not appearing correctly

Hi there, 

I have a problem that when I have my site/page on preview and I click on the menu to open a different site, this site uploads incorrectly - like there was no theme or design editing done. It is interesting though, that when I refresh this exact same page or I open it in a new tab (also clicking the menu links) it displays correctly.

I would appreciate your help and answer.

  Hi Ana,

  Can you please send us a screen recorder so we can see this behavior?

  Also, please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy version - Free 1.0.126 and PRO 0.0.41? Also, do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins?

  Hi Alex,

  yes, I have the latest version of Brizy and I also have tried to deactivate external plugins but the problem was still there.

  Hi Ana,

  It looks like a cache issue. Do you have an external cache set on the server? Please disable all external plugins, enable a default theme, and send us screenshots with the same behaviour and with the plugins disabled. This is a third party cause and we need to find it.

  Also, try resetting your permalinks.
