Extremely Slow Scrolling Issue

My site scrolls ridiculously slow within the builder and on the live site when using a mouse. The only way to get it to scroll quickly is by pulling down on the scroll bar.

So far I've tried to use plugins to try to correct it but it didn't work. Please inform me of possible ways of rectifying this issue on all of my pages.

  Hi Wesner,

  I checked the page you send us and I didn't find the issue you mentioned https://jmp.sh/mhMVTrM The page is scrolling fast and all seems to work ok. 

  I tested on Firefox browser and I could identify it, therefore I think the problem can be in a plugin or the theme. Could you please disable all plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme?

  Thanks for the quick response Sandra.

  It's definitely just happening within Firefox. I just deactivated all of the plugins and activated a default theme.

  The default seems to be scrolling correctly. I'm a Novice when it comes to Wordpress, can you please advice me of my next steps?

  Hello Sandra,

  After reloading the pages everything is scrolling correctly in Firefox as well. Should I deactivate the default theme and reactivate all my plugins? Or will activating the plugins just create the issue again? I guess I may have to troubleshoot which plugin is causing the issue?

  Hi,

  If after deactivating all plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activating one WP default theme, you encounter that the problem is fixed then the cause of the problem can be in one plugin or the theme. Therefore, I suggest activating plugins one by one and after each activation check if the problem reappears. If you activate one plugin and you encounter that after this activation the problem reappears, then the problem is in that last activated plugin. You can activate the rest of plugins (except that one you identify that has a problem) and reactivate the theme you had before. In case that you activated one by one all plugins and none of them manifests the initial problem than the problem can be in the theme. If you reactivate the theme and the problem repeat, then I would recommend using another theme. 
  In this case, I would recommend to not use that plugin or theme with Brizy.
