Page cannot be exported as html - error: Synch in Progress

Hello Help-center,

I need your support: the brizy page I built is not working to be exported as an html.

Although I didnt push the Synch Button there occurs the error "Synching in Progress".

I already rebuild the page entirely -  and the same error ocurred.

Please help me to export the page as an html code. https://melon2543991.brizy.site/

  Hi,

  Yes, I perfectly understand you. We wait for a response from our developers who investigate this problem. We found the Server Sync is working fine, if this would help you somehow, you can use this option.

  Hi Lisa,

  I received a notification from our team. They encounter a strange and wrong CSS code. That caused the problem with Export HTML. Now, they deleted that code and all should be fine. Could you please check this, please?

  unfortunately it doesnt work - there is still the error "Synching in progress" and I cannot export the HTML.

  Hi, 

  On the first project, the problem was in the Custom CSS code from this block https://jumpshare.com/v/D0OXR0S74QkWVuKLBJZ2
  After we deleted that Custom CSS code, the HTML export started to work fine. 
  Could you try doing the same for this project too?

  unfortunately the second project can still not be exported.

  Can you please check this issue again? I would need to export the page acutally today, if possible.

  Hi,

  In this second project, the problem is the same. As we showed you in the first project the problem was in the Custom CSS from the "testimonial". Please check all blocks and elements and find the same Custom CSS and delete it. After this, update the project and try to export the HTML of the project.

  I hereby inform you, that we have revised and deleted all CSS codes and not found any errors.

  Still the error "Synchronization in progress" remains.

  Please support with this issuein short-term.

  Hi,

  I'm sorry but we found that Custom CSS in the https://blackcurrant2055059.brizy.site/ project. See here. As in the previous project, if you deleted it, you will be able to export the HTML of the project.
