    Hi,

    Yes, you have to approve the account. If the first link is already expired, you have to resend it. For this, go to Settings -> Code Injection and click on "Send validation link" https://jumpshare.com/v/LsThgXzXY20JboyL3Ju4 After this check the email and validate the account.

    Thanks for responding! Unfortunately it's still not working. I do all the steps but it takes me to my Profile, and I haven't gotten an e-mail

    Did you check the email you created the Brizy account? There you had to receive the validation email.

    If you validated the account and you continue having this problem, could you please log-out from brizy Cloud account and then log-in again?

    Hello,

    Yes, it's working now, thanks!

    I only received the initial e-mail, and by the time I opened the link it had already expired. The settings-> Code Injection way didn't send me a link.

    Did you send the validation email? Did you check the inbox of the email you created the Brizy account?
    If you didn't receive the validation email, please send us the email of the Brizy account.

    I'm also having this problem. I did not validate the account in time from the first email and no matter what I try I can't get the validation email to re-send. I've already gone through the code injection menu, but it isn't working.

    Email is cincinnatistate.graphicdesign@gmail.com
